Shipping & Returns

USA Shipping
We promise a timely delivery. All products are shipped in 2-3 business days of purchase. Our products are delivered within 7 to 14 business days after purchase. USA shipping cost are the following each item is $3.00 a piece and free shipping for orders over $50.00.

International Shipping
International shipping cost are the following if your order total is between $0.01 - $60.00 the shipping will cost will be half the total order price. For example, if your total is $15.00 your shipping cost will be $7.50. If your order total is over $60.00 the shipping will cost will be 30% of the total order price. For example, if your total is $75.00 your shipping cost will be $22.50. There are no free shipping deals for international orders.

Priority Handling Option
You can select this optional handling by clicking on the box next to Add Priority Handling during checkout. Priority handling ensures your order will be shipped the next day. Within the USA it also means orders will be delivered with into 2-3 business days once shipped. Priority handling charges will be 30% of your order total. For example, if your total is $10.00 the priority handling cost will be $3.00.

Returns
Refunds for the cost of goods purchased will be issued if item is returned within 20 days of date shipped if the return is a result of our error. We are unable to refund food or incense. We also are unable to refund items in certain conditions such as: Any item that has been used or worn, opened, and/or damaged. The original copy of the receipt needs to be included with the returned object. All returns will have a 15% re-stock fee meaning your refund will be 85% of the total cost.

All packages must be marked with Return Merchandise clearly outside the box.
